Today we're going to look at introductions and fills within a song.
to give you an idea of what I mean, here is an intro to one of my songs.

This is used by a lot of bands, including Metallica, Iced Earth, Judas Priest,
and Trivium etc.
You can harmonise intros, which I will explain in a later lesson. This is used
by Iron Maiden, and you need another guitarist or a harmoniser when playing live. In the studio you could use another track.
Another example is Iced Earth's "attila".
